  I'm in Lewisville UPS at least 2 times a week and the guys are always so helpful and friendly. Alex is especially courteous and he will help me with my boxes if they're heavy. A really great group of guys

  Alex was amazing! Very personable and extremely friendly! Most of the time when you ship something, whether it be usps, ups, FedEx, etc, you get someone who typically acts like they are annoyed they have to scan In your package and annoyed that they had to wake up and go to work, but Alex was the absolute polar opposite! He was very nice, patient, personable, and extremely friendly! Had a great convo with him about watches after he complicated me on mine and it just brought my entire mood up today. Would highly recommend this UPS and whoever runs this store, if they see this, Alex deserves a raise 1000%! Keep up the great work and thank you Alex for the burst of positivity! It goes a long way!!
