  Came for a cookie, order a double chocolate chip. They didn’t have any so they refused to give me the order. This is like the 4th time they didn’t have items of my order in stock. Eventually they gave me a regular cookie. Every time I come here, they never have anything in stock. No wonder their reviews are horrible and they barely have customer. Don’t deserve to be in business.

  The employee put up the "I'll be back in 15 minutes sign, I stood in line for 25 minutes and waited until the employee and they never showed.
