  Its a shame I have to leave only 2 stars because the sandwiches are actually really good, but since this location does not participate in subway promotions or take subway coupons I wont be going back!!

  In order to get the special we had to order on line which I am fone with. Places order and had to wait 20 min for them to even start the order. She then didnt read instructions and I had to atop her so it was made correctly. We have given them 2 more chances to do things correctly. AND THEY STILL NEVER READ DIRECTIONS ON ONLINE ORDERS. SO TO GET SPECIALS YOU NEED TO ORDER ONLINE IN STORE AND WATCH THEM.LIKE A HAWK OR BE HAPPY WITH THEM DOINF IT THEIR WAY OR GO ELSEWHERE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES WHEN YOU CALL TO LET THEM KNOW THEY MESSED UP. TRIED BEING POLITE AND CALL FIRST.
