  The worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx location. I greeted the staff politely, dropped off my package, and said thank you, but the employees completely ignored me and just openly laughed at me instead of providing basic customer service. Their unprofessional and discriminatory attitude toward a polite customer is unacceptable. Management needs to retrain the staff at this store immediately.

  At 5:00 we had a print order that we really needed completed. It was a simple double sided 4x6 (20 copies) and 100 copies of another page. There were 4 people standing around. One of the employees said “that’s a rush job, over $400, I need to pickup my baby.” So we asked “aren’t you open until 7;00pm” and they said “it will need to wait until tomorrow.” I see why all the FedEx locations have 1 star reviews. Going to Office Max from now on. With 4 people DOING NOTHING.
