Very rude employees, do not offer to help or acknowledge your presence. If you hate your job so much, why not work elsewhere?
Will not be going back.

I sent my printing and they didn’t all wrong, they didn’t take responsibility on it and Devon was so rude. Didn’t do the refund! This customer service is the worst ever.
I’m often printing things last minute as part of the nature of my job. This location is so fast and the staff is always friendly.

FedEx's automated phone system is a technological marvel if the goal was to recreate the feeling of being trapped in an endless bureaucratic nightmare.
I called with a simple question. The phone system responded by asking me the same question seventeen different ways, mishearing every answer, and then enthusiastically transferring me to another menu that somehow knew even less.
At one point I was convinced I was no longer speaking to a computer but had accidentally wandered into an escape room designed by a disgruntled software engineer. Every path led to another recording. Every recording led to another menu. Every menu promised help just beyond the next button press, like a digital mirage in the desert.
Five stars for persistence training. Zero stars for customer service. If FedEx ever decides to ship actual people through their phone system, prepare for delivery delays measured in geological eras.
