  Come in before they close lady says they're closing early today I ask why? She says internet out and she's the manager. Eventually her husband says they have an emergency with their kid (understandable) his customer service and tone was better than hers. I have kids I get it but dont lie to why you cant service me within working hours. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only bc of the husband was polite. Last time I came to this location same girl same attitude. Was trying to buy my kid a new phone. Refuse to give store number or franchise number for formal complaint. Of course as soon I leave the store they dont leave until after closing time. I
