  Came in bc I've been paying for 5 lines to add my husband for months but he needs to keep his number we go in finally to do the short haired lady said I needed to cancel 5th line first and I can make him an authorize on the account can come back and keep his number hw goes in ans she says he must first cancel Metro line which once canceled they can asign the number immediately to someone else. These crickets meed to learn their shit customer service on the phone handled and I reported it all. 4 trips is excessive outside od the extra money we spent then to be told WE were liars so unprofessional!!!!! I stick with Cricket at this age bc when I couldn't afford other companies they were there but I am well past needing their crap customer service to save ten bucks.
