  Got to be the worst parts place of all time. Closed the shop and had me waiting before telling me for 30 minutes before leaving because they got shut down by fire marshals.

  Ryan is awesome. The entire staff was great when I walked in there tonight. My truck wouldn't start the staff covered while Ryan went out of his way to assist me in getting my truck started. Thats the customer service the world's missing right now. Much appreciated!

  Came here for a return. The store told me they run a different system than other stores, so I have to go to a regular retail advanced store. I will stick with Autozone in the future.

  I called them around 3 pm to see if they had an item in stock. They checked, said they didn’t have it, but they can get it in from another location by 6 pm same day. I was told to come to the store at 6 pm and ask for Grayson. I drove 45 mins in rush hour traffic and got there at 5:50 pm. Apparently, Grayson had already left for the day by then. I spoke with another employee who told me that no one picked up the item I requested and it’s still at their other location. He tells me I can drive to the other location (which is about 30 mins away) or come back tomorrow morning.

  Absolutely amazed at the amount of customer care and effort they put in every transaction, they are not like other stores that will tell you “We do not have your part” just by looking at it without even checking, these guys took their time with me and did not give up until they found the part that I needed, and guess what, they had it in stock! Great thanks to everyone at this store and huge shoutout to Ryan the manager for being so kind and helpful! May God bless you all!
