From the the first call to being on site, the employees at this UPS Store know how to treat their customers right! More often than not, today's retailers are now asking you to return an item in person or drop it off at another store. As much as I dislike the process, dealing with this UPS's stores employees on Wednesday was the loathsome tasks highlight. LaRoy was patient, professional and friendly. Everyone was superhelpful and went the extra mile to happily provide me with an additional layer of assistance without complaint. Thanks again for all of your help and keep up the good work!

They were wanting to charge me double the price to ship a box all because one of the sides was a little dented. It was a perfectly fine box that was not in any danger of being damaged or causing problems. I've shipped much worse looking boxes at other UPS stores fine. Took it to another store no issue. Avoid this location.
I went here to ship dress to my mother to Michigan. After I waited 10 minutes almost, I got my turn and after all of this was done, this guy asked me for ID. I asked why do you need ID? I have it on my phone and I offered to show it but he said that doesn’t work. I’ve sent parcels from this particular UPS store before and have never been asked. Anyways it literally wasted 15 minutes. If you have some requirements, post that notice somewhere. Customer service is getting worse here, I’d never go here again.
Best experience I have had in a long time. If you want outstanding customer service this is the place to come. Thank you so much La’Roy for taking care of my printing needs. I feel like you went above and beyond!
Sheri is rude and unprofessional—she really shouldn’t be working here. I do appreciate the convenience of the self-service return machine, but dealing with her makes the experience frustrating.
Another issue is that many customers come in unprepared—no box, no address—so the staff ends up doing everything for them like a toddlers asking parents to do chores, which slows things down.
They should pack up their items into any box, write down or print the address and come in to weigh and pay or if they have to slow other customers down they should grab a box, write down the address on the counter, when they’re ready, get in the line!
I understand that’s part of the service, but it would help to have more staff available specifically for scanning codes, especially since the machine isn’t able to handle that part.
Anyway, Sheri shouldn’t be working here!
💥The best service is the one by H-E-B Whitestone & N Bell! Workers are so friendly (always with smiley face), professional, and knowledgeable! There are two machines for self - scanning QR code and return💥
