  As a business owner who ships packages here almost daily, this UPS Store has been an absolute lifesaver. The staff is always friendly and welcoming — they recognize me by face at this point and I’m always greeted warmly! Drop-offs are quick and seamless no matter how busy it gets, and I’ve never had a single issue with how my packages are handled. If you’re running a business and need a reliable shipping partner, look no further. Highly recommend!

  I had such a great experience at the UPS Store in Leander today! The staff is genuinely professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Even during what looked like a busy rush hour, they handled everything like a breeze—no stress, no long waits, just smooth and efficient service. What really stood out was how well the team worked together. There were multiple courteous employees all pitching in seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. It made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I'm really happy to finally have a UPS Store right here in the Leander neighborhood. We used to drive much longer distances to get to the nearest one, so having this location close by is a game-changer. Highly recommend stopping in if you need shipping, printing, or any other services—they really know how to take care of their customers!

  Worst experience. The Indian lady working was very rude and unprofessional. We're aware that there is a fee associated with the printing service for an Amazon return, but don't make it feel like it's an additional overhead for you to print that and get paid. UPS needs to hire better people for customer service, someone with a bit of empathy and some clear communication skills.

  I don’t know what all the negative reviews are for because this place is the best location. If you don’t think so, then Try the other locations if you’re not happy here it’s all based on the people but this UPS store is the best ever experience. I’ve been here in 15 to 20 times and each time it’s not perfect but it’s better than the other locations by far!!!! Parking is better it’s cleaner store, Yes, it’s small however It’s newer it’s nicer but your expectations can’t be that high for UPS. Let’s face it.
