  We’ve been having issues with my gfs car and installing her license plate at the front. While I was at work she thought she’d see about figuring it out. She came to this store after reading all the positive reviews. Instead of helping her or even walking outside to look at the license plate…she got no help. She asked 3 times and left not solving the issue she walked in with. Even IF it couldn’t be helped…it’s the fact that the guy at the counter didn’t bother to look into the issue at all. Very disappointing.

  Send ALL your people to Advance Auto Parts on Broade! Long post but everyone should know how helpful and caring the employees are. After a REALLY bad day yesterday, I stopped to buy something and locked my keys and phone in the car. Wes let me use their phone multiple times to get help, called everyone he knew trying to get my locks popped and let me wait inside out of the heat. I mentioned the problems my husband was having getting his truck looked at and immediately called a mechanic he knew to get it taken care of. After being unable to get a locksmith, Ryan drove home, got his own lock out kit and spent way too long in the afternoon heat to finally get me in my car. We will be customers for life and really hope these guys get some recognition pop and foot traffic!

  I was here this afternoon 07-09, and the gentleman and the young man did a great job checking my battery and alternator. I made my purchase, and they helped install my new battery. I highly recommend this place.
