  They handed us the wrong order with the same name as ours on it. Innocent mistake. We realized it when we got home. Food was cold as ice anyway. So, I honestly would have probably made a complaint anyway (something I never do), but who wants cold wings and cold soggy fries. When we called to inform them, they realized their mistake and asked for the food to be returned. So we drove back to them to pick-up the correct order. Upon arriving our order was on the rack waiting. They said it had JUST been placed there. The food was lukewarm at best. So we asked if they could remake it, (since ultimately, it was their mistake), which I didn't think was unreasonable. They refused to remake it. As a business owner, customer satisfaction and correcting my company's mistakes comes first. This is obviously NOT a priority for their team members. Anyway, I would not recommend this location simply due to the refusal to rectify an issue that they caused with a $50+ order. They did issue a refund however. Make it make sense.

  There was a huge roach on the wall. The employees all ignored it and pretended like it wasn’t there after multiple people said something. And I mean a BIG Texas tree roach yall. The employees were not friendly. They were ignoring customers. The kid upfront was quoting people the wrong times. No welcome in greeting. No great customer service. Not even basic decency. Very bad experience. The general manager should be embarrassed of their establishment, their employees, and their cleanliness!

  Doing Uber Eats and all of the employees have an attitude. One of them wouldn’t even respond to me when asking about my order then the lady that did (have a better word but not putting it here) she suggested I drop the order which will hurt my ratings. This wingstop has always been ran like a crap show. Check your employees!!
