Terrible customer service. We have been ordering here for years now and never had a problem until today.
I placed my order online and I usually pick the flavor original hot and normally call to ask them if I can please get the strips flavored as hot lemon pepper since there is no button for that online , it’s usually fixed with no problem….,after my order was placed I asked if I could request this change and the person (kid) who answered the phone simply giggled and replied with “I don’t know” multiple times. It was very disrespectful and I most likely won’t be going back to this location. I couldn’t even get off and pick the order up myself because I was so disgusted with this service. Ruined my appetite……..
This location (646) must be rich in cheese sauce, because I never receive mine when I order.
At this point doordash is going to start wondering why I keep getting a refund on cheese. I miss my League City location! (518) Now there they know how to put the cheese in the bag.

Horrible the girl at the front was trying to fight me messed ip my order . Bunch if kids working. She was rude and disrespectful she tossed my food at me not handed it she tossed it .oh and took OVER AN HOUR. The girl in pics
To Ring System Management,
I am officially complaining about your manager Maria at the Lake City location.
Tonight, Saturday May 2nd at 7:40 PM, I arrived to pick up a delivery order. Even though there were only a few customers, Maria refused to prepare the order and demanded that I fill the soda.
When I told her my hands were not clean, she still insisted I go wash my hands and do it myself.
This is a serious health code violation. Delivery drivers are not allowed to handle food or drinks. Her laziness is completely unacceptable.
If Maria is not disciplined, I will file an official complaint with the Galveston County Health Department tomorrow morning.
