  I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option. Waited over 30+ minutes to be told my order is next. 15 minutes later my order was saying saucing and tossing on their board. I will never return to this place again. Absolutely horrible service. Staff needs to wake up and put a pep in their step.

  The food was good, the staff was friendly. We usually dine in but this last trip we just did a pick up order. The chili lemon pepper new flavor was pretty good. I think it's a new flavor.

  Everytime I have ordered online from this location the food takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes AFTER the app says it's ready to pick up to actually be ready. All young people/teenagers who have no care for customers. I order from the one on 646 also and they're quick everytime. Management really need to consider hiring different people at this location.

  Entire staff was standing around the whole almost the whole time after waiting almost an hour. I got home to open my bag and there’s grease and Sauce was leaking all through the bag they put the wings in SIDEWAYS. Going to the other location from now this was ridiculous!!!

  This place is extremely slow with online orders. Lady at the counter was rude. App said order was ready and once I got there they hadn’t even started making my order yet. Had to sit another 15 minute for my order while their smoke detector beeped every other minute.
