  This UPS Store is the best in the area. Latisha helped me get an important package shipped out, and walked me through my different options. Every time I come in to ship out a package or require notary services, all the ladies are very helpful! Definitely will keep coming back!

  What a complete failure in customer service. One package was successfully delivered to my house. The second package, from the same vendor, shipped to the exact same address, was suddenly marked as undeliverable due to an "incorrect address." How does one package make it to the correct address while another package sent to the exact same address supposedly cannot be delivered? Instead of investigating the obvious contradiction, GOAT's customer service chose excuses over solutions. There was no meaningful effort to help, no transparency, and no accountability. To make matters worse, they seem unfamiliar with the policies and procedures of the shipping partners they rely on. The result is simple: GOAT has lost a customer. With authentication programs now offered by competitors like Ebay and StockX, there is no reason for me to continue using a platform that makes it this difficult to resolve a basic shipping issue. A company can make mistakes. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they respond when those mistakes happen. In this case, GOAT failed at every step.

  I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now and every one of the employees are great. Tina, Tami, Latisha, Sam, Avery. I don’t think I missed anyone. Keep doing what you’re doing, ladies.

  Made a stop to have a document notarized as well as copies and photos printed. Latisha promptly took care of everything and the kind demeanor, caring attitude, and diligent work made this trip to your location an absolute blessing. It was an absolute pleasure to have been assisted by Latisha today.

  Lashay is a great employee. She was friendly, kind, and patient as I returned my many packages. She did not act hurried or annoyed. Great job. Also, this is a great location overall. I’ve never encountered a problem or bad customer service on any of my visits. Again, great job.
