  So the employees don’t smile your way and kiss butt, who cares? I don’t. I just want a package shipped or a return done and they do that. They get slammed and have a lot of stuff going on, just go about your business. I seriously have no idea why people want their butts kissed just to mail something. They always get the job done and I’m pretty happy about that. Seriously, get over yourselves, they seem to be doing the best they can. Sincerely, Person that ships a lot.

  I totally understand the other reviews that find the RBF of the staff unpleasant. But in an epidemic of shady businesses that would rather delete bad reviews for objectively bad business practices than improve their customer experience, this store does not delete bad reviews. And in the last few times I've visited, they have been much friendlier. I think a business listening to critical feedback and improving upon it is a rarity and should be rewarded.

  This UPS store has very nice employees who are helpful courteous and seem to know their stuff they are very helpful to you if you are new to the process of returning things this way and I've noticed that they've helped many of the individuals who may be new to this while I'm there I'm usually in and out even when they have a line within a few minutes they're both friendly and courteous I highly recommend that if you need to return something

  The gals at the counter know what they're doing. Don't get frustrated if they don't always smile. They work hard all day and get it done. Happy here.

  I was just at this location and had an issue with an Amazon return and the lovely Jennifer really stepped up and resolved the issue even though it took a few extra steps. She really did me a huge favor and I'm grateful! Jennifer, you are a ROCK STAR!!
