  A UPS was needed in this area!! Ive always wondered when they’d open one here! So happy to have one close by now, don’t have to go out of my way to the others anymore. Other than location being convenient and needed I highly recommend, everyone here is so sweet and greets you!

  So glad to have UPS in our neighborhood!🙌🏽 I was having a rough day and arrived just a couple of minutes before closing. The lady helping me—I wish I had caught her name . She was incredibly sweet and kind. I ordered 2 of the same items and were the wrong items and needed to returned to Amazon. Instead of making me feel rushed, she smiled and said, “Take your time, sweetie. It’s all good.” That small act of kindness truly turned my day around. Who would have thought I’d leave a UPS Store with a smile on my face? Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thank you for making a difference!
