  These ladies here are the nicest and the kindest! Some crazy Karen was screaming about bacon and an online coupon and they remained calm and kind despite the unreasonable Karen being rude to them with a line full of people for the lunch rush. Great job ladies , good sandwiches and even better attitudes.

  The service is completely stupid, incompetent, rude, outrageous, dumb, and Inept. We ordered 3 sandwiches total, 2 sandwiches were off of the cheap 3.99 menu. The lady was gonna charge us 20 dollars total. That was way too expensive for what we got. That is 100% incompetence right there. They were probably trying to get more money out of us. Not only that, the lady lied about the sticker color for each sandwich. The person that got told their sandwich had a green sticker actually got a red sticker. The stickers were meant to tell our sandwiches apart. The sandwiches were delicious. The service is just totally asinine.

  If you order at this store, please don’t ask for delivery, you pay for the items and they don’t send to you. When you complain nobody can’t do anything.

  Would put zero stars if i could. Hispanic lady who stated she was manager refused to put extra pickles on my sandwich which i stated i would pay for the extra pickles. The dumbest aegument ive ever had ensued in which she clearly stated, in broken english, that she could not give me extra pickles even if i paid for them. In midst of the argument she didnt make the sandwiches as directed and told me i could get my extra pickles at kroger. I shouldve canceled the order but was truly baffled at the stupidity of the situation. Needless to say i will be henceforth be going to the jersey mikes next door.

  listen if I ask to pay for extra veggies just like I would be charged for extra meat ,why not charge me for extra if I so choose?.. this is our go to subway and I always get the same thing . I ask for 3 veggies. not every veggie, 3! so if I ask for extra of one topping and state gladly we will pay for it why on earth would you not allow the said "extra" when its a 3 topping sandwich? not extra of all toppings not even all toppings so you cant put a couple extra pickles? subway your "manager" at this location would not give us her name and told my husband "go get you extra pickles from kroger".. I refuse to spend my money with a company that allows its managers to make a huge deal and speak to customers this way. so until this so called "manager" is addressed you will not receive a dime from this family any longer. by the way I run an entire business myself! there is most definitely a way to charge me for some extra veggies.. cmon subway, do better! and no worries next time we will just "go to kroger"
