  Shoutout to manager Darcy. I got home and realized my order was wrong and missing items. I take the time to call and speak to a manager. Told her my issues with the food that was wrong and told her I was missing items in my order. Not a single apology. Not a “let me make it right since it was our mistake.” Nope. Just “come back to the store for your items” When I get there, she clearly saw me waiting at the counter for quite some time and never approached me. It was obvious I was waiting because I had a Walmart bag with the items I was returning to get fixed. I finally waved down another employee and told him I spoke to the manager and told him I was there to exchange my items and pick up the rest of my missing order. He approached her and she just slid the bag to him, almost annoyed that I was there after it was THEIR FAULT. Never came to apologize. Didn’t do anything to try and rectify this issue. I will most definitely not be back here, thanks to DARCY. Now I’m going back home to cold food. Thank you, Darcy!

  Service is lacking, and they take twice as long as other locations. But the food tastes like every other one in the country.

  Wingstop ! you just lost my trust. Monday morning, I stopped in for a quick 30-minute lunch. Instead, I watched the manager stroll outside to chat with a friend and stay out there for what felt like an hour, leaving the crew inside to run the show without her. Here’s the part that burns: I have family who work for Wingstop. They’ve had plenty of complaints about poor management, but nothing ever changes. If a regular worker pulled that stunt and stayed outside for that long, they’d be fired on the spot. But since it’s the manager? Crickets. No accountability. Your team deserves leadership that works as hard as they do not someone who hides behind their title.
