  This UPS store is outstanding. The owner is always courteous and runs a tight ship. Out of my experiences with other UPS stores , there isn’t one that gets you in and out as fast as this store. Also, the music is always relaxing and the ambience is very calming. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised that the employees there practice the Japanese custom of returning your ID with both hands. This is meant to show respect, sincerity, attentiveness, and to show that the transaction is valued. Don’t know if that is trained, but night touch. As always, charges for tape and printing are par for the course with UPS stores. It’s a service so you typically pay for services rendered. 5 stars

  I spent $138.99 to NDA a box from Laredo, TX to Houston, TX on Monday July 19, 2026. The box was to be delivered by 10:30 p.m. on the 21st. It is now 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd & I have no clue where it is, why it was delayed, & if I’ll be refunded! I could have driven to Houston myself in 5 hours! UPS has really let me down!
