  I don't understand. If they don't like their job, they shouldn't work there, but they shouldn't give bad customer service. Today I went and the young man who was serving us treated us very rudely. He didn't put our things in his bag; we had to do it ourselves. He didn't give us a receipt. What a bad impression! And he needs to fix his hair; they work with food.

  Great customer service and the staff was friendly and made my order exactly how I wanted it. The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly.

  As i got down everything was decorated so cute for halloween. The only reason i came here was because i received coupons in the mail. As I'm waiting in line a gentleman with raybans comes in washes his hands, puts on gloves, and then proceeds to creep behind the wall to check his phone. He then comes back to help his two other co workers and touches a footlong with the same gloves. I addressed the health concern and he diaposed of the bread and gloves. He then washed his hands again and put on new gloves. Proceeded to take my order and left again to check his phone. I could see him through the glare of the bread case. There was a line behind me. He then came back, put on new gloves this time, and helped the rest of the line. If i wouldn't have said anything that would've been gross. People use their phone while using the restroom. It has so many germs.
