Jorge and Karen were both extremely helpful, insightful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable on all products, services, and promotions. They were both able to help and guide me through all of my issues with my previous wireless provider and helped me make the switch and have no pending worries with 0 regrets. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great people and very helpful, this is the only store I visit to buy phones or accessories. Manager always with a great positive attitude as well as other employees. I have never had any bad experience with this store as I have had with many others.
