Worst experience ever! I usually go to a different cricket, but this one was closer to me so I decided to stop by, and I can honestly say I will never be coming back. When I went in, the girls asked “how can I help you” while still sitting down in the front! If they don’t want to work, then why come in at all! That is extremely bad customer service. The other girl that was there was on her phone the whole time! Then they started a personal conversation while there were people in the store. Extremely unprofessional.

The guy there is very educated and friendly but they barely have anyone working. The poor guy was working on lots of people at the same time.
