  I usually go to other cricket locations, since when I have gone to this specific one, associates are always rude and not willing to help at all. I stopped by a couple of days ago since it was on my way and had to stop. A young lady named Yolanda was there to my surprise and wow was I thankful. Super sweet and helpful. She answered all my question and even though the other associates had a hostile attitude she made everything worth it. She explained everything in such detail I was surprised with her expertise and knowledge. Props to this location for having people like her that you can tell love what they do. If anyone is in need of anything do ask for her others will just ignore your answers and you will just leave disappointed to be honest.

  Worst experience ever! I usually go to a different cricket, but this one was closer to me so I decided to stop by, and I can honestly say I will never be coming back. When I went in, the girls asked “how can I help you” while still sitting down in the front! If they don’t want to work, then why come in at all! That is extremely bad customer service. The other girl that was there was on her phone the whole time! Then they started a personal conversation while there were people in the store. Extremely unprofessional.
