  ​Do not buy batteries from this store. They do not honor their warranties. ​ In January 2024, I purchased a battery here that included a 3-year warranty. It has been 2 years and 4 months, and the battery has failed. My truck will not start with it, but starts perfectly fine using a battery from another vehicle. ​Despite my mechanic explicitly confirming the battery is dead, the staff refuses to replace it, insisting the battery is fine. ​This store does not value its customers or stand behind its products. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.

  Have been dealing with Advance Auto Parts for years now and till this day they have always provided great customer service. Shoutout to Poncho for always going the extra mile for the customer.

  Sorry to disagree, the store it self is fine e, just don't call to get anything delivered they take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver, I spoke with ponchos and he seems like a nice person but shows no empathy towards his customers. I wouldn't recommend this store , go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service.

  Employee Danny needs to be retrained. I attempted to process a warranty on a part I purchased online and was incorrectly told I had to go to a different store. That explanation made no sense and was later contradicted by another employee who was able to assist. After that, Danny provided me with the wrong replacement part. I even pointed out that it looked different, but he dismissed the concern by saying it was “because it was new.” This caused unnecessary frustration and wasted my time. I expect better product knowledge and customer service. Please address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.
