  I came into Advance Auto Parts and the service was phenomenal. The GM Jaime was very knowledgeable and helped point me in the right direction to fix my vehicle. Great customer service and very helpful staff. Earlier that day I had stopped at AutoZone, and honestly the service there was terrible. It actually felt like one of the worst decisions I made that day. The difference between the two stores was huge.

  Had trouble turning on my truck and I thought it was the battery. They checked the battery and it turned out the battery was good. They helped me clean the terminals and truck turned on with no problem. Thanks guys. Awesome place to get parts and assistance 👍🏻 💯

  The worker at this location called Luis refused to refund a part that was ordered. It was the wrong part that was ordered. The package was sealed when I walked in the store but after being handled by two employee, it some how showed a small opening on the corner. Luis said it was opened and could not return it. The item was sealed when I walked in the store.
