  So, here is the deal... Insurance business is pretty "dry".. You make your payments, you keep your coverage - hope you never have to use it... So we got another vehicle on Friday - I was happy to have done the good work of negotiating with the dealership - and walked away happy, until I got home and added the car to my insurance... Wow - did I get less happy after seeing the premium increase... I was just contemplating my next steps the following Monday - when my phone rang - it was Johnny following up about a new auto policy which for Texas residents shows decent premium reduction... 5 minutes later, new policy is issued, old policy is cancelled - total premium reduction... 27%!!!

  Allstate has always taken care of us. Love this office. Micah Aguinaga is so helpful!! We've had both homeowners insurance and car insurance. Great coverage, great prices, fantastic customer service!! Definitely recommend this Allstate office.
