  Submitted order online 30 minutes before arriving for pick up and was told it was not ready yet with out even checking. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I arrived to receive my order. There were at least 4 people visible in the back laughing and walking back and forth with no real urgency to get anything done. The rep at the counter was content to just stand there on his phone and dance along with the loud music and didn't even try to help get things moving faster. Terrible all around service.

  I wouldn’t have to write a review if yall would answer the phone! I know you’re watching the phone ring cause I say in there and watched yall with my own eyes! My order was incorrect I ordered and paid for bone in and received boneless after waiting 35 mins- ice machine broken so why sell drinks?

  Blue cheese was rancid, i got sick. They had no soda fountain (no water) as wasn't offering bottles or any other options

  Food was cold, forgot my ranch in my bag, didn’t have ice , most of the drinks didn’t taste good , bad service & was packed on the inside which seemed like everyone was either waiting on their order or something was wrong with it. and didn’t answer the phone after i called multiple times!!DO NOT COME HERE
