Customer service sucked. They charged me extra for the standard veggies when they are always free. Worked did not care about the customer experience, looked like they hated their job which makes me not want to go to subway ever again. They lost a customer from that experience.

Just ordered it and they automatically canceled my order, i accidentally forgot ti order something so did it twice. The driver was luckily there. I feel terrible for him. Me personally I prefer to tip $30 online then add an extra $10 or $20. Just cause, I've been a courior driver before so I understand the struggles personally. But they canceled my 2nd order automatically then asked me to cancle the 1st one since they're out of veggie patties. Im like okay that's odd that they didn't ask for a replacement as normally. Even called Uber eats to ask them and they're puzzled by it.

2/13/26 This store is adding their tip in. Make sure you know what you’re paying for and add the tax to understand what should be paid. The 2 day time Hispanic ladies told me my order of 12.49 was totaled with tax $16 and change. No ma’am. Do not order here. Price gouging and adding tips for themselves
