  No parking available despite being open. Came to drop off internet equipment per instructions and was promptly given a piece of paper pointing me elsewhere. Funny enough the pin for this location was moved making you end up at an empty lot

  Please avoid this FedEx location at all costs, or at least avoid being assisted by Brenda. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible. Every question I asked seemed like a burden to her, and I felt completely unwelcome. The interaction came across as rude and unprofessional. What upset me the most was being charged for tape without being told there would be a charge. The tape was simply handed to me, and only afterward did I find out I was being billed for it. At the very least, customers should be informed of any fees before being charged. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.
