    GPS pin point needs to be updated because it led me to the middle of the street near Family dollar (Lancaster). Cashier was able to point me in the right direction to find the place.

    Honestly worse experience FedEx I have had customer service wise. On top of the service it just seemed like they didn't want to take my package from the getgo for my business that I've been working for more than a year of service with them. I am contracted with another company and use their account number to ship their items for them, but because I didn't work for the company they wouldn't use the account number. Even with a emailed statement stating I could use their account number and with them over the phone as well. This place is extremely unhelpful in anyway and just tells me to go use somewhere else. I don't blame FedEx entirely I've had plenty of better locations then this crappy center that I have been to. If you need a FedEx I do not recommend this location.

    Atienden mal y pareciera que lo hicieran a propósito le dije a la señora morena que atiende que eran cosas de valor y frágiles y le valió malares mi caja llegó hecha un desastre deberían sacar esas personas si no quieren hacer bien su trabajos

    Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Ordered a new phone, was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, the driver ran over my mailbox and didnt even get out of the truck to attempt delivery. Was promised the driver would leave the package Thursday, then again Friday. Finally Friday afternoon after over 3 hours on the phone, I was told I could drive 70 miles to pick my package up today (Saturday), so I drive 70 miles to pick up my package and the person at the counter is laughing and thinks it is funny that they can't find my package. After over half an hour of waiting I am told my package is in Irving, another 32 miles. What the actual heck is the deal?! And speaking with Marcela. The same person I filed a report for my property damage with just says, oh I see where they put notes that wr would hold the package, but the manager didn't actually schedule the hold so it went out to Irving. Makes no sense. Have yet to hear from the manager about my property damage. It sounds more and more like someone at fedex stole my phone and they are running me across Texas to cover their mess. Don't do business with fedex, worst experience ever and they do not care about their customers.
