  Homerun! I needed 3 color presentations printed anbd bound and was having trouble emailing the document because of the size of the file. Gabe was extremely knowledgeable and figured it out quickly. They look great and the turnaround time was impressive!

  I went in to print a document I needed. To do printing you have to rent time on the computer and then pay for copies. However they only accept credit card (no debit or cash). There is no work around and you can not email your docs to this location and get it printed. So inconvenient and crazy that they don’t have debit / cash capabilities.

  I've used this location before to send packages. I'll never go to this UPS store again- I will go out of my way to not patronize this business. For some reason, I keep receiving an unknown person's packages at my address. Instead of just throwing them away, I brought them into the UPS store to give them over and ensure this stops happening. I came in with the packages, rendered the proper greeting of the day (good morning sir), get about a sentence in, and the old guy cuts me off in a surly tone..."we don't do residential here, I can give you a 1800 number to call, or you can leave them on the sidewalk, or there's a dumpster over there" Even if that's true, and there's some corporate policy preventing the UPS store from getting involved, it was a totally weird hostile interaction from the start. Even if this UPS store gave me free services for life, I would rather patronize somebody else's business.

  Zero help and very dismissive while attempting to return an AT&T device. Asked them to contact their support channels to figure how to help and they refused.
