  Order wings a little before 1hr before close. Seems like they just put them in the box and sprayed hot sauce only on the top . Bottom of the wings is just breaded not tossed or nothing .

  Clean store cool crew they were very friendly and helpful the atmosphere was great food was good and fresh I'll definitely go back to the Lake Jackson location while I'm here working

  I frequent here as it’s close to work. I really like the Chicken Sandwich and everyone is always friendly.

  I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had at Wingstop. I found a roach in my food, and I have photos to document it if anyone questions my experience. When I tried to bring the issue to the manager’s attention, communication was very difficult because we struggled to understand each other, which made an already upsetting situation even more frustrating. What shocks me the most is that a restaurant with food safety protocols and health inspections could allow something like this to happen. Finding a roach in a meal is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. I definitely will not be returning, and I hope management takes this issue seriously before someone else has the same experience. Oh and the MANAGER blocked my number right after the call ended. Hopefully she can find another job somewhere other than the food industry- I don’t think she will be managing wingstop much longer.
