  This cricket store in lake Jackson is amazing and very nice respectful employees Raheem is very friendly and knowledgeable about phones . Christine is also very nice and knowledgeable about the paid services plans. Kimberly was very polite and helpful with me getting a case screen and great bundles deals I will definitely come back and recommend my clients, friends and family members to this store because they’re very knowledgeable and professional at their job and treat customers like family which I like

  They charged me $40 for a speaker when I signed up for the two-device plan. I asked for a receipt and information about the charge, but the employee kept avoiding the issue and never printed it. I returned five minutes later, and she made the excuse that she had already closed the register. The next day, I called the store, and the same person from the day before told me that she had “forgotten” to mention that the package I signed up for included a “free” speaker, and that I could come pick it up whenever I wanted. I went that same afternoon and asked for my receipt from the previous day. I confirmed that the speaker had in fact been charged without my consent, so I requested a refund. They processed the refund, but then refused to give me the “free” speaker that had been mentioned earlier. The person who processed the refund told me that because I requested the refund, she could no longer give me the speaker—even though I never asked for a speaker the day before, nor did I mention anything about it during the phone call that morning. They were supposedly going to give me for “free” a speaker that they had already charged me for the day before. That is why the manager never wanted to give me a receipt and why she avoided dealing with me afterward. She was always “out of the store” or “busy.” This is not a trustworthy location.
