  Poor management skills . Wife went in to ask questions and the “manager” couldn’t even give her the right information. Sales rep was more knowledgeable the she was .

  My phone was recently repaired by Apple. Cricket could not connect my eSim to my phone for some reason.. Lily on their customer service team took the time to help me. The whole process took a little over an hour and she was patient with me and the apple care customer support team member on the phone. Thank you, Lily!
