Shoutout to the Wingstop crew yesterday! They handled an order of 250 wings plus sides and absolutely crushed it. Everything was fresh, hot, organized, and made with care despite the massive order. The staff stayed professional, fast, and friendly the whole time. The team worked hard and did great. Thanks for making a big order stress-free and getting everything right.

Received my order tonight and 1 out 3 items were correct. Of the 1 items correct, they were overcooked or well done which I didn’t ask for. Dry as the Sahara desert.
Instead of cheese fries I got mango habanero boneless wings. Yeah those items seem similar? And the other item I received which was supppose to be 5 “new hot lemon pepper boneless wings” was just lemon pepper. I know it was the same because the one part of the order they “kinda” got right (although overcooked to well well well done, which I didn’t ask for) was lemon pepper as well. No bueno and very disappointed with this location. I’m not even going to get into the employee working the front. Yikes.. ps. She don’t care about her job or she’s got thrown to the wolves without training. This store needs some attention asap. I order from the 646 one religiously and have never had even a hint of poor service much less total disappointment like this location. I’ve order here twice, first one they forgot an item but I caught it while I was in my car. This last time you barely get a score of 33% and that’s me being generous because technically you did get one item correct, just overcooked it past most ppl who like their teeth.

Waited 50 minutes on an online order watching everyone come in, order, and walk out with their food. I asked about my order repeatedly, only to be told “they’re working on it.”…only to be finally told that my “order was already made”. When I said I needed to go and wanted a refund, the employees all stalled and quickly threw who-knows-what together in 5 min and told me my order was ready. No clue what’s in the bag—too mad to look or to eat it.
Edited to add after response: I did reach out because I didn’t receive my entire order, even after all of that. Waiting on promised refund.
