Employees are kinda hit and miss. Sometimes you get ones that are mad at you for wanting a sandwich and sometimes you get super kind people. Today was my visit was better than normal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Brenda, in particular, had a very bad attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, the other employee completely ignored me while I was trying to pick up my order—no acknowledgment at all, even though I was clearly waiting.
Customer service should be a priority, especially for something as simple as a pickup order. Unfortunately, this visit felt disrespectful and frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and basic customer service.
