  The team is always so great here! I went there after my workout for a large order and everyone was working so hard while still making sure the guests waiting were acknowledged and tended to. The food was great too, and I’m always so happy to visit this location. Great job to all of the staff! You’re awesome and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!🙂

  Update: I originally had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. My order was incomplete, the food was cold, and I encountered poor customer service that left me very frustrated, especially after spending almost $70 on dinner. However, I would like to update my review because the manager personally called me to apologize for what happened. He listened to my concerns, took responsibility for the situation, and offered to remake my entire order to make things right. I truly appreciate the effort he made to reach out and address the issue. While my initial experience was not a good one, the manager's professionalism and willingness to correct the problem showed that customer satisfaction matters to him. Thank you for taking the time to contact me and for giving me a much better impression of how customer concerns should be handled. ****************************************** This Wingstop location is the worst location I have ever been to! They gave me an incomplete order, and when I called to let them know, the lady on the phone gave me an attitude as if it was somehow my fault. Then they made me drive all the way back just to pick up the rest of my food. On top of that, the woman at the front was rude and very unprofessional. I have worked in customer service my whole life, and I know for a fact this is NOT how customers should be treated. Not only was my order wrong, but the food was also COLD. I spent almost $70 on a dinner that turned out to be horrible. I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for a long time, but I recently moved to Kyle, Texas, and what a “welcoming” experience this was. SMH. Management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location before they lose more customers.

  Would not even give this location one star if i was able!!! This is not my first rodeo! I spend 40 plus and delivery, they forgot my voodoo fries and refuse to deliver my fries!!! Unless I order something extra! It’s not my fault you screwed up my order!!! Never will order from the franchise!!!

  So despite inputting a to go order an hour in advance for scheduled pickup, the order was delayed. Not by a little, but by quite a bit. In excess of 15 minutes. Now, I tried to address with the lady at the counter, but she quickly deflected to her manager, which is fine. Here is my issue: when a manager says, “what would you like me to do?” I know there is absolutely no hope of getting service timely. I understand it’s Friday night, it’s busy, and delays are inevitable at times. I have understanding for that. What I don’t understand is lack of preparation and lack of ownership in failure to deliver as promised. Coach your team management. Give the the basics in customer service tools to handle high volume activity.
