  I don’t typically leave reviews, but the manager, Joe, was the rudest person I have ever met. He yelled at one of his employees for no good reason and made derogatory comments towards him repeatedly, saying things like “when I talk, you listen. I don’t care how busy you are.” It made me lose my appetite and I walked right out the store because of the horrible way he treated the employees. I hope he gets fired and removed because he was so rude to the guy working the counter, who wasn’t doing anything wrong.

  Great sandwiches and even greater service. The staff is so kind and wonderful, especially the manager uncle Joe, he's the bomb and made my little girl's day! Thanks again! 😄

  We ordered online and got there a bit early, which gave us a chance to chat with the team making our sandwiches. The store has a new crew, and they are fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The food was great, but the awesome customer service was the best part. So happy to meet everyone—we will definitely be back!

  The sandwiches are fine. But the inside is always dirty. And they don't accept any promo codes or coupons anymore which is just plain wrong. I'll order from South Austin places that do still take nationally televised coupons.
