I walked in with my grandson and there was only 1 customer in the dinning room. I waited and waited for someone to come up. No ringer to say I was there. I finally walked to the other side of the wall and still couldn't see anyone in the back. Well the customer was actually an employee. She got up slowly, came around, washed her hands, and put on gloves. Then spoke to me. What can I get you? 2 pizzas. Sorry only have 1. I said fine I'll just get a sandwich. Then she pulls the pizza out and begins to cut it. I told her I could wait til the end. She said it won't heat all the way. She finishes cutting it and lifts the pizza to take it to the toaster. It falls. She literally cut through the paper, like who taught her that. There is a 2 pizza setting for more time. I can honestly understand the 2.9 rating. That is actually higher than I would give.

Despite the wait time they are short staff and deserve a good rating for the effort and honestly subway sandwiches are awesome not to mention you have an option to make your own sandwich that's a huge plus for me in my book.

Arrived on the evening of Friday Sept 19th. And the employees had horrible customer service. They were in both in a bad mood and I sense they really didn't want to be there.
