Danielle was seriously great. She was super easy to talk to, always got back to me quickly, and actually took the time to help instead of making me feel like just another customer. Insurance stuff can be confusing, but she made everything really simple and was there anytime I had a question. Really appreciate all her help and would 100% recommend her!
Wow! We just had the best experience switching over to Allstate. Jessica Freytag is an exceptional agent who communicates quickly, clearly and with such professionalism! She was able to save us literally THOUSANDS on our policies moving over from another large carrier. The process was easy and took very little from our end to complete. So thankful we took the time to get quotes when insurance rates are rising so rapidly these days!

Jessica Freytag has been so attentive and helpful. I was at my car dealership, getting a loaner car and cannot get my app to open. Jessica immediately sent my insurance card over to me via email. It’s nice to have amazing customer service at my fingertips! I would highly recommend this agency! Paul is a wealth of information!

I had a great experience working with Paul and his team, especially Jazmin. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to help me find better rates for both my car and home insurance. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I really feel like they helped me get the best coverage at the best price. If you're looking for an insurance team that genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to save you money, I highly recommend Paul and Jazmin. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

I have been with Allstate for almost a year. I started in August of last year And I decided to bundle with my auto and my homeowners. Initially, I had a really good experience. But I became frustrated more recently when I found out that my landlord policy was canceled and I only found out because I got a message from collections saying that I was past due $220 and some change in Allstate is trying to collect it. This is absurd to me because I always pay whatever I need to pay on time and I even have auto pay set up.
I just want to add there was no decency to call me directly and say your account has been canceled. I did get an email from Layla sometime in May, but at the end of the day, I don’t believe Allstate ever made the effort to contact my MORTGAGE company directly because they’re the ones responsible for payment, and they have paid my policy in the past with no issues. I just switched to Allstate like I mentioned before in August and I never had to communicate about payment. Everything was always paid through the mortgage directly. So it was to my surprise when I was getting emailed that there is a payment of $1300 due because I’ve never been contacted by my insurance policy in the past for any kind of payment.
I just think companies are ready to come and collect, but they don’t realize that I can just take my money elsewhere. So I got in touch with a personal broker, and I made the decision to switch to progressive.
When I reached back out (to Jessica and Layla) and told them about my frustrations, all I was basically told was. My original quoted price is no longer today’s price and I’m expected to pay $1900 if I want to continue instead of the $1300 that I was originally quoted just in March even though I was under the impression that’s what I’ve been paying. Come to find out my account has been closed since May 6th. Lastly, what’s even more frustrating is when I got in touch with my mortgage company today prior to canceling my policies, they never heard from Allstate about my landlord policy, only my regular homeowners policy which once again they paid in full. My mortgage company even called Allstate while on the line with me and all they were told was since the policy has been canceled it needs to be reinstated for the $1900.
Additionally, it would’ve been one thing if Jessica notified me when she originally set up this policy for me if I needed to contact my mortgage company and let them know of the change because I tried to be pretty proactive back in March making sure everything was squared away since I was moving out of my home into an apartment and even got renters insurance with Allstate (now 3 different policies as a loyal customer that could go anywhere else) — and I did not know that several months later I would find out that my policy got canceled because of discrepancies that I honestly don’t believe were my fault. I believe at the end of the day, Allstate should’ve tried to contact Carrington Mortgage via the phone number with the new policy number and ask them to make a payment. I’m not sure why I even got emailed when I’m not the one who even paid my previous policy directly, it has always been billed through the mortgage company.
