  I cannot rave enough about Clarissa at this store. She helped me with not only my payment but SOOOOO many things on my mom's phone. She went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend anyone whose with cricket visit Clarissa. She deserves a raise for everything she helped me with too. Thank you Clarissa for ALL your help. You rock!

  Best service around couldn’t figure out how to get my phone working and yezi here at Kyle got it to work mind you I had gone to 3 other stores and they couldn’t help ,wouldn’t has for anyone else to get help from than her she did such a great job

  Excellent service from the manager and Clarissa were very helpful in getting what we needed. We had to upgrade our line and were able to get a new phone for my niece. Very kind, very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend 10/10!

  I would give no stars if I could. I went into this Cricket Wireless store because my phone service was suspended even though I had already made my payment. The experience was terrible from the moment I walked in. First thing I noticed was the music blasting so loud I could barely hear the employee during our conversation. I stood there for over a minute before anyone even acknowledged me, and when the rep finally did, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to explain what happened with my account or offering any real customer service, she gave short answers and had an attitude the entire time. She told me to call 611 because she couldnt help. Very unprofessional environment overall. Customers should not feel ignored or disrespected when they come in needing help with their service. I left more frustrated than when I arrived. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store.
