  I recently purchased a home in Kyle and genuinely intend to support local businesses whenever possible. I visited your store to purchase a battery, and although I had already called ahead and knew exactly what I needed, my experience was disappointing. The employee who assisted me—a tall gentleman—appeared visibly irritated when I arrived approximately ten minutes before closing, even striking the counter in frustration. During the interaction, he was short and dismissive, placed the battery on the counter in a manner that felt abrupt, and provided inconsistent guidance regarding installation. Initially, he indicated that a professional installer was required, but then reluctantly offered to proceed if I removed certain components myself. Given his demeanor and lack of professionalism, I did not feel comfortable or confident allowing him to perform the installation. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere and will not be returning. I believe customer service is a critical part of any business, and experiences like this highlight the importance of maintaining professionalism, regardless of the time of day.

  This is my favorite Auto parts store in Kyle. I can order something online and pick it up in the store. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It is nice when they also recognize you and treat you like family. I usually go in and bring in my used oil and make it easy and painless to recycle it. In times where I need to order something, they are quick to order from the warehouse and either have it delivered to my house or delivered to the store. My only complaint about this place is that is a little hard to get in to the store, as you have to enter on one street and you can only exit to the right down Center street. I will navigate the entrance and exit because I know I can get what I need and also be treated like family at this place.
