  The food was terrible. Regular bread was stale and old, the flat bread was dough and uncooked, even after being toasted. They have rapidly reduced quality while increasing price. The floors here are just stripped bare concrete.

  Ladies working May 8th, 2026 @9pm have absolutely amazing customer service!! Especially Jiliana I believe her name was! Keep up the good work ladies!!

  the team here is krum is great. Brielle has a great attitude and very nice.

  Went to get a sandwich around 5:45pm yesterday. Employees were arguing the entire time, which made customers uncomfortable. Service was terrible.

  To whom it may concern, I just wanted to say that I don't know why people are complaining about the manager of krum subway . Brittany is doing great. She's always so sweet. I think this is absolutely absurd! People really need to leave that sweet young lady alone! And yes I've read the remarks about her and do I believe any of it? Absolutely not! I'm a regular customer I've been coming to this Subway for years she's doing a great job trying to fix the mess of the previous managers!
