I’m disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this UPS location. The staff came across as dismissive and rude during my visit, and it made an already stressful process even more frustrating. I understand everyone has busy days, but professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management addresses the customer service experience moving forward.

Very rude customer service when I was trying to return my Amazon items despite having everything ready and the app open to scan the barcode. I was told to leave and come back again because they did not want to do their job. The young lady and young man were especially rude. Need better staff if this location will stay as an Amazon return center.
