  The staff are horrible. I had to get things boxed up to ship and I was told I had to wait until all other customers were taken care of. The women that work there all have an attitude and just don't care about you at all.

  Very clean and organized store and friendly staff. I went in for advice on a box of a certain size and how to ship it. One of the employees helped me find the right kind and gave a reasonable quote. I wasn’t even shipping with FedEx, but they treated me as though I was. Above average customer service will definitely keep me coming back.

  Horrible. Incompetent. Not helpful at ALL. Poor attitudes. I’m going back to UPS. Used to love this location. They are just plain LAZY!
