  Beware!! Each year the premium increases without any accidents or tickets. Compared with other companies this is above the average. I called and cancelled but still continue to get emails that my premium is past due. I have sent copies of email confirmation of cancellation and still not heard anything back from anyone. Just got off the phone with yet another representative, who states she see the cancellation but don't know why it is pending. Customer support is horrible! It has been almost a month and I am still calling and emailing to get this cancellation taken care of. Good thing I got the email confirmation with a $0 balance and had removed auto pay or these people would be charging my card!
