  I called the Advance Auto Parts store (#333 in TX) and had the pleasure of speaking with John. Dealing with auto parts over the phone can sometimes be confusing, but John made the entire process completely seamless.He provided outstanding customer service, listened carefully to what I needed, and went above and beyond to help me out. It is rare to find someone so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable over the phone these days. Thank you, John, for the fantastic support—you represent this store incredibly well! I will definitely be a returning customer.

  I have been needing new windshield wipers and it started to rain and then it lit up and rain and let up. So I drove on over to advanced Auto and bought two new windshield wipers. I guess they've gone up everywhere as I talked to someone else who said she paid a lot for hers too but the guy in the store came outside and put them on for me so I gave him a tip for helping me out. But yeah it was great.

  I bought wiper blades front and rear. The young lady helped me install the front but the rear when they came in the older gentleman said they don’t help when it clearly says if you buy wiper blades they help install. Don’t market something you can’t follow through with.

  I’ve been in & out of car shops not knowing what’s going on with my car over the last 2 months & I’m so happy I came to this location today. Evelyn was so nice & super knowledgable about the issues I was having. She even suggested things for me to get to help with my new battery to prolong the lifespan that I didn’t even know about! I’m so thankful she helped me so much today!!
