  Saifon is the truth I have Hearing loss she was so patient with me writing things down so I can understand it. I was so happy. She waited on me. She made my day because a lot of people don’t have patient with people with hearing loss but she do.💜💜

  Rena was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. She made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed. Her customer service was beyond excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to help me. It's rare to find someone so kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure customers have a great experience. Thank you, Rena, for all of your help!

  I just had the nicest experience being assisted by Rena! She is very polite and quickly helped me get what I needed done. Store managers like Rena make the trip to get something mailed a nice one, which is usually unusual.

  I’ve been to a lot of UPS locations through the U.S. but this particular branch has some of the best customer service. Every time I’m working in Killeen, this is my go to location. Appreciate the customer service and convenient location! Would highly recommend and come again.
