  I I paid for two-day delivery, but my package arrived three days late. Unfortunately, these were keys I urgently needed for my U-Boxes during my move. Because of the delay, I lost money on scheduled movers and had to pay significantly more for FedEx overnight delivery to get the keys there on time. I contacted UPS several times for assistance, and more than a week later, I’m still waiting for a response to my claim. The manager assisting me has been extremely helpful and professional, and I truly appreciate her efforts. However, my overall UPS experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the financial loss caused by a service I paid extra to receive on time.

  There are several UPS stores for me to choose from in my city but I go to the one on Trimmer always. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Today Kris took care of me. Thank you Kris

  I never have any issues when visiting this store. On yesterday, Sandra had me in and out within a minute. The parking/traffic is the only thing that keeps me away. Its near HEB, BofA, Whataburger, etc and on Trimmier so its a busy area. The store itself is 5 stars.
