  Even though they were packed walking in, Ashley had the line moving soo quickly while managing 2 separate transactions simultaneously throughout the entire line. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and just a pleasant personality to interact with. The other worker there was a tall gentleman and he was very calm and courteous as well, even while dealing with belligerent and rude customers. I applaud them both for working sooo quickly and professionally!

  Customer service is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. The price was much better than the US post office, and it won't be left sitting in a warehouse somewhere until they decide to deliver. I will only use UPS from now on. 🤗👍🏽✨

  I went to the UPS Store on Fort Hood to return my old work equipment and carried in two large boxes with monitors by myself, making two trips. When I got to the counter, the woman with braids at the front desk asked if I had my QR codes, and I told her yes. Then a tall woman with short curly hair told me the store was out of big boxes, pointed to the smallest box they had, and basically told me to go to another store. She was very firm and unapologetic, with no sympathy for the situation at all. What bothered me most was not that they were out of boxes, because I understand that happens. It was the lack of empathy and customer service after seeing me carry in two heavy boxes. The woman with braids did at least say “sorry” as I walked out, and I appreciated that because it felt human. But the overall experience was frustrating, dismissive, and inconsiderate.

  Been a Patron since 2009 with the Fort Hood St Store. The past 4 days the office has been unable to be reached due to a system issue they are having. They do not respond timely to emails sent over. Only one email has been received from the team. All I want is a solution presented to how myself and the other customers are able to get their mail delivered via forwarding service. It’s just disheartening and disappointing the level of service that store has come down too. Hopefully the owners can reach out to everyone affected and publicly apologize for their franchised location being trash.
