  i came here for my lunch break the lady working at wants to be on the phone being loud comes to the front looks at me still on her phone then goes to the back and didnt take my order

  The employees work hard at this location, however my main concern with this location is that they have only one person working pretty much at all times, and they get online orders and they prioritize those over people who walk in.. and it’s primarily because they are working with a one person team. It’s sad that businesses, and food chains work their employees as such and the turnover is so bad. Been here for 2 years and there’s a new person alone here every 2 weeks. That just shows the management doesn’t care for their workers and then that affects the food production. Hope this location does better. Especially since they are also servicing our Military.. ALSO Jessica was an amazing and kind server. She was very calm and diligent in ensuring that my order was correct. She should receive more hours so that more people can have such great service!

  I understand when I went in The employee was working another order that was quite large. He did greet me, but about 10 minutes later another customer walk-in When the first order was done from the customer, I should’ve been next unfortunately he ignored me and helped the other customer do better Subway®
