Do not doordash from here because it’s always gonna be wrong lol
This is the second time I’ve placed on a line order and had to wait about 10-15 mins after the online order was said it would be ready. I’m so sick of this junk. Hope the area/regional managers see how people just seem to not want to prioritize making sandwiches.. I pay for a service. And it’s Sunday!

I wanted to recognize Jacob for the outstanding service he provided during my visit. My boyfriend and I stopped in, and even though Jacob was working by himself, he was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
Both of our orders were made perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Even while handling everything on his own, Jacob stayed positive and never let the rush affect the quality of the food or his customer service.
It was obvious he was doing the job of multiple people, but he still gave us a great experience. Jacob is an excellent employee, and I hope Subway recognizes the hard work and dedication he shows. We really appreciated his kindness and the effort he put into making our visit a great one.

Went here for lunch and had a very uncomfortable experience. There was one man in line when we got there and he was getting a footlong. There was another footlong waiting on the prep station when the young lady asked me for my order. So I ignored the waiting footlong and gave her my order. There was another worker, she was also working the register. The cashier was helping with sandwiches as well as ringing up the register. She had an attitude with the younger worker and rolled her eyes constantly and made all sorts of faces, instead of communicating with the younger worker about the waiting footlong or what to do. When my friend started ordering her sandwich, the cashier left the line and we could hear her yelling "your girl" comments, speaking about the younger worker. By this time there was a line building behind me and my friend. A woman came out from the back, must be the manager, and came to see what the problem was. The cashier started to try to ring me up but I said that the man in front of me had another sandwich to order. (He apparently did not let them know he had three footlongs to order.) The manager told him that he was going to have to join the line since he didnt explain the full order at the get-go. By this time, my toasted sandwich was lukewarm. I felt terrible for the young lady, who has ro be a new worker. The manager and the cashier need an attitude check. The manager didnt even join the sandwich line to help out.
The man with tattoos on shift may 30th was phenomenal, i couldnt give him a higher rating :)
