  Today is the second time I have come to this subway and my 6” grilled chicken sandwich (with specific customizations) was made incorrectly. The first time it was made with rotisserie chicken, and the second added ranch to my sandwich when I only requested mustard. Please have the staff pay attention to what they are doing, because I do not like ranch and had to throw the sandwich away.

  I just came to this subway, Tuesday April 28 around 12 in the afternoon, I ordered on the kiosk because I thought I could use my coupon, turns out I couldn’t when I went to pay at the front, I’m 41 weeks pregnant, I had a long day already and I was really looking forward to get that coupon-anyways I’m emotional and I was in the verge of tears, the lady (I didn’t check her name but I believe she was making the sandwiches) she offered me some free cookies because she saw I was visibly upset. That was incredibly kind, she made my day- little things like that make a big difference, she deserves a raise asap!
