Wanted to try this company because I hear good things but the people here were so damn rude! Then wanted to say my phone was locked no hun apparently it wasn’t compatible with your company! Just ended up going to Boost instead it was a smooth process got phone activated and my son walked out a happy camper guess cricket does suck 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought a phone from this location months ago and specifically got a cricket deal for a iPhone 13. I ended up selling it shortly after purchasing because it was significantly smaller than my iPhone XR. Which I’m now aware the XR and 13 are supposed to be the exact same size. I’m a 100% certain the lady who sold me the phone gave me a 13 mini. Research phones before coming to this location as you might get ripped off.

Yes, i would recommend Cricket Wireless to all my family and friends 🧡. To whom it may concern, just because you came in with a bad attitude doesn't mean everyone has one. Tiffani treated me, not like a customer but like family. Thanks again, Tiff.
