  I went to the Cricket store to get internet service, and Maria went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked properly. When I had issues installing the internet at home, I called the store for guidance, and Maria was even willing to come to my house after work to help me despite the rain outside. That level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Maria, for your patience and dedication. Cricket is lucky to have someone like you.
